industry and what preventive measures to take. campaign has generated good publicity mileage : 19 dailies have published a feature article on the campaign while ATV, Commercial Radio and RTHK covered the campaign in their
programme with interviews conducted for TVB's "Good Morning Hong Kong" programme and RTHK's Radio 5 programme.

The campaign was well-received by the restaurant industry. As an indicator, 183 questionnaires (which accompanied the package) have been returned : this represents 4.7% of the packages sent out.
This response rate is much higher than the usual response rate of a similar commercial project. It has served as a "curtain raiser" for the department's full-scale educational campaign for the restaurant industry in the coming year. Joint regional and district seminars will be organised,
