REGARDING MUTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE
Her Majesty's Customs and Excise of the United
Kingdom and the Customo and Exuiou Dupėrument of Hong Kong :
Considering that contravention of CustomS laws is
detrimental the economic, fiscal, social, commercial and
security interests of their respective territories;
Considering that trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances constitutes a danger to public health
and to society;
Considering the importance of ensuring the accurate
assessment oz duties, taxes and other charges collected on
the importation or exportation (F goods and the proper
