CUSTOMS ARRANGEMENT WITH HONG KONG
As discussed, I am sending a copy of the second draft of the above arrangement,
- which we received from the Hong Kong Customs a few weeks ago. After due consideration we are content with this version, and have agreed to delete paragraph 14 (1)(a), which the Commissioner apparently expressed reservations about.
I should be very grateful if you and your legal department could check that there is nothing objectionable from your point of view, and let us have the text back by the end of the week.
