1. We spoke this morning. The Governor of Hong Kong is visiting London between 5 and 16 April. During this time he has various appointments in the FCO. Hong Kong Government Office have expressed a preference for using the King Charles Street entrance and parking in the main FCO quadrangle.

2. You kindly agreed to arrange a parking space in the main courtyard for the Governor on the days he has FCO appointments. A space will be needed on the following dates:

Monday 5 April,

Tuesday 6 April,

Thursday 8 April,

Thursday 15 April,

Friday 16 April.
