FCO PASSES FOR THE GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG AND OFFICIALS

We spoke earlier today.

2. I have since learnt that the Governor's FCO pass, issued last year, has been deleted from your computer records and cannot therefore be re-issued. Chris Patten, together with two accompanying officials (Mr Bowen Leung and Mr Edward Llewellyn) will therefore all need to have new passes prepared for use 5-16 April.

3. I would be grateful if you could make arrangements for all three photos to be taken, and passes to be issued at 2.30pm on Monday 5 April in room K1 (off the Main Reception)
