(A) in the case where that member is a

limited company and he is a member of the board of directors of that company, at least 50% of the number of board meetings of that company held within the period of 1 year, or if there is no board meeting held within that period of 1 year, at least 1 general meeting of that company within that period; or

(B)

in the case where that member is an organization or body (other than a limited company, partnership or sole proprietorship) and he is a member of the management or executive committee (however described) of that

organization or body, at least 50% of the number of meetings of the management or executive committee (however described) of that

organization or body held within the period of 1 year for the purpose of the conduct and management of the affairs and business of that organization or body, or if there is no such meeting held within that period of 1 year, at least 1 general meeting of that organization or body within that period; or

where he is an individual member of a body entitled to vote at general meetings of that body, he has been a member of that body for at least 1 year; and

where he is a relevant person in respect of a body specified in the second column of item 19 or 20 (d) of Part II of this schedule

(i)

that body has been carrying on its business for at least 1 year;

(ii)

he has been a relevant person in respect of that body for at least 1 year; and

(iii)

he has attended, in the case where he is a member of the board of directors of that body, at least 50% of the number of board meetings of that body held within the period of 1 year, or if there is no board meeting held within that period of 1 year, at least 1 general meeting of that body within that period.

"Working persons", in relation to a functional constituency specified in items 21 to 29 of Part II of this Schedule, means persons engaged in economic activities in Hong Kong for remuneration (including employees, employers, partners, sole proprietors,

directors of companies and self-employed persons), and for the purpose of this Note
