(V) in the case where none of the persons

referred to in subparagraph (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) is entitled to be registered as an elector, the chief executive of that company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other organization or body, as the case may be; or

(vi)

in the case where the chief executive referred to in subparagraph (v) is not entitled to be registered as an elector, a member of the senior management of that company, partnership, sole proprietorship or other organization or body, as the case may be;

(b) in relation to a body specified in the second column of item 19 or 20 (d) of Part II of this Schedule,

means

(i) the members of the board of directors of

that body;

(ii)

(iii)

in the case where none of the members of the board of directors referred to in subparagraph (i) is entitled to be registered as an elector, the chief executive of that body; or

in the case where the chief executive referred to in subparagraph (ii) is not entitled to be registered as an elector, a member of the senior management of that body.

A person specified in the second column of Part II of this Schedule is not entitled to be registered as an elector in the relevant functional constituency unless, immediately before he applies for registration as such an elector -

(a)

where he is a relevant person in respect of a member (other than an individual member) of a body which is entitled to vote at general meetings of that body (or where he is a relevant person in respect of a member of the body specified in the second column of item 14(a) of Part II of this Schedule) -

-

(i)

that member has been a member of that body for at least 1 year:

(ii)

that member has been carrying on its business for at least 1 year:

(iii)

he has been a relevant person in respect of that member for at least 1 year; and

(iv) he has attended
