I have listed a flight to Hong Kong from Guangzhou, however, if the programme could be arranged to allow for the journey to be taken by train, the Committee would very much. welcome it.

Other arrangements

We would be grateful to know as soon as possible which hotels the Committee will be booked into in Peking, Shanghai and Guangzhou, and what the costs will be. We should also be grateful for details concerning arrangements for internal transport and interpreters. We shall be happy to discuss this by fax with posts.
