Thank you for copying to Rob Wright your letter of 15 February. We are generally content with the note as currently drafted.

There is however one minor point which I should like to raise: the references to police

vetting are now out of date. The Home Office is in the process of revising the guidance x

on the vetting of police and may therefore wish to comment on this point.
