A. CORRECTIONAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
CONTINGENCY PLAN
FOREWORD
In the event of internal conflicts or disturbances within the Territory, the Correctional Services Department will have a part to play in maintaining accommodation for those prisoners whose release during an emergency would prejudice law and order. The Department will also be expected to provide accommodation for persons detained as a result of disturbances.
Revision of Contingency Plan

The Deputy Commissioner of Correctional Services is responsible for keeping the Department's Contingency Plan under review and for issuing necessary amendments.

The Commissioner of Correctional Services shall, subject to the orders and directions of the Governor, have administrative command and direction of all prisons and such other institutions as may be placed under his control, and of the staff of the Correctional Services Department.
