Please find attached a copy of form XE 179. Mr Patten wishes to have a car freighted at public expense this form should be completed with full details of the vehicle and returned to Mrs Baxter Amade. She can then issue the necesary authority for M and S Shipping to arrange freight and marine and travel insurance.
