To make regulations governing final settlement of wages by superintendent of a mercantile marine office
(a) To approve the form in which allotment notes are made

(a) (i) To make rules for conducting inspections of provisions of food for crew;

The Bill will confer on the Governor in Council power to make regulations in relation to payment of wages and rendering accounts of wages paid
