ARTICLE 4

Holders of requisite travel documents shall be

permitted to visit X without a visa for a period not exceeding [...

] days, excluding the date of landing.

ARTICLE 5

Holders of requisite travel documents visiting X without a visa in accordance with Article 4 shall be subject to the immigration laws and regulations in force in X.

ARTICLE 6

Periods of stay may be extended on a reciprocal basis for further [..

1 day periods or fractions thereof up to a total of [. ....] days. Either Government may refuse such extension to a person it considers undesirable.

ARTICLE 7

The Government of X may refuse permission to enter and stay in X to holders of requisite travel documents considered by that Government to be undesirable. The Government of Hong Kong may similarly refuse permission to enter and stay in Hong Kong to X passport holders [and ..

ARTICLE 8

Each Government shall readmit at the request of the other and without formality, in the case of Hong Kong, any holder of a requisite travel document, and in the case of X, any X passport holder [and ..

.] who does not fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions of entry or stay applied by the requesting Government, provided that it is established that that person is entitled to hold the passport concerned.

ARTICLE 9

Either Government may with the exception of Article 8 temporarily suspend the foregoing provisions in whole or in part for reasons of public order. Such suspension shall be notified immediately to the other Government and take effect upon receipt.
