30. Companies to which Part XI applies

Section 360N is amended by repealing "registered under the

Gambling Ordinance

31. Gambling is unlawful

Section 3(3)(a)(iii) and (4)(a)(ii) of the Gambling Ordinance

(Cap. 148) is amended by repealing "registered or exempted from

registration under" and substituting "not an unlawful society within

the meaning of".

Section 22(1)(a)(ii) is amended by repealing "registered or

exempted from registration under" and substituting "not an unlawful

society within the meaning of".
