to evade the Societies Ordinance

Section 360B of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) is amended by

repealing everything after "circumventing" up to and including the

end of paragraph (d) and substituting

"the prohibition of the operation or continued operation of a

society by the Secretary for Security under section 7 of the

Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151)".

Section 360C(1) is amended by repealing "registered under the

Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151), be liable to have its registration
