As we agreed on the telephone this morning, I attach a copy of a letter from Simon Lee of the Government Secretariat of Hong Kong asking that we again consider accepting an amendment to introduce mandatory contributions to the APPPC. I also attach the report on the Seventeenth session of the APPPC.
2. Once you have digested all this, I would be grateful if we could discuss how to proceed.
