Further to your letter of 5 May, I write with reference to the above. I have now checked with Mr Allen and he agrees that since Hong Kong have accepted responsibility for payment of all mandatory contributions we can proceed.
We therefore have no objections to the deposition of the relevant instrument of acceptance with the FAO.
