7. For accommodation arrangements, we have sacured a corporate rate from the New World Harbour View Hotal per your request. The rate for harbour view room will be HK$ 1030 ( US$ 132 ), plus 10% service charge and 5% government tax per night. The hotel requires us to confirm booking by 28 February. Grateful if you could confirm the booking period for the 12 rooms you require, and if possible, the arrival details of your delegation.
