State the primary objectives of the project and how they would contribute to solving the problem outlined in 3.1(a).

The primary objectives of the project are -

(a) to provide comprehensive assistance in the preparation of a full scale exercise to effectively assess whether the revised DBCP and the supporting government organizations involved

of providing an adequate and effective emergency response in the event of a serious accident at the GNPS causing

to contribute towards the development of local expertise in radiological preparedness and planning.
