A most unfortunate and ill-informed article appeared in Construction News yesterday. Construction News is a weekly newspaper circulated within the construction industry in the UK. I am enclosing for your information a copy of the article in question and also a copy of an earlier article from the same journalist, Mr. Keith Wallis.

I am sending you a copy of my letter dated 6th March, which I have sent to the Publishing Editor, Mr Peter Jones, which states that the article is full of inaccuracies and at no time have I spoken to either Mr. Wallis or any member of the Construction News staff on any of the Hong Kong airport projects.

I thought I should bring this matter to your personal attention in case you wondered what on earth I was getting up io.
