Re: Commandary Investment Limited

Further to our letters of 1st March 1990 and 22nd March 1990 and our enquiry with Messrs. Memfus Wong & Co., Surveyors, it appears that your client has taken no step at all to perform its duties under the two Agreements in question.

Since the term of validity of one of the Agreement re lating to Lot No.67B in D.D.258 Sai Kung has already expired on 1st March 1990, we take that your client will not be taking any step in respect thereof and the Agreement is therefore terminated accordingly.

As to the other Agreement relating to Lot No.1487B in D.D. 221 Sai Kung, it will be expiring on 1st September 1990. If your client is still interested in dealing with the subject matter of the Agreement further, please advise your client to take more position steps in the matter.
