I am writing to you regarding the Agreements both connecting my properties in Hong Kong as shown below:-

A) Lot No. 1487B in Demarcation District No. 221 and B) Lot No. 67B in Demarcation District No. 258 Sai Kung,

New Territories.

According to both agreements made on August 26 1938 between myself, ("The Vendor") and Commendary Investment

("The Purchaser"), the purchaser should supply with all the documents or correspondences relating to the said applications through your office in Hong Kong.

It has now been over 12 months since we made the agreement and I have not yet received any information from you regarding these matters.
