Re : Commandary Investment Limited

We refer you to the telephone conversation between you and our Mr. Mak in relation to your enquiry about the joint development agreement you have entered with Commandary Investment Limited.

We have in accordance with your instructions make enquiry with the solicitors and the surveyors acting for the said Company and the result reveals that nothing substantial has ever been done by the said Company.

As one of the term of the Agreement has already expried, you are entitled to take your own action to deal with the property in question. We are given to understand that the Surveyors Messrs. Memfus Wong & Co. are prepare to act for you to deal with the matter, if you so wish.

Since the validity of the other Agreements will last until 1st September 1990, we have therefore written to the solicitors acting on behalf of Commandary Investment Limited demanding the said Company to take more positive action in respect of that matter. A copy of our letter is herewith enclosed for your reference.

We will report to you again if there is any further

development of the matter.
