Undor Danish law, arbitral awards made by an arbitral tribunal do not immediately become operative; it is necessary in each caso, in order to make an award operative, to apply to the ordinary Courts of Law. In the course of the proceedings, however, the arbitral award will generally bu accepted by such Courts without further examination as a basis for the final judgment in the affair.
