The denunciation of the Protocol on Arbitration Clauses shall entail, ipso facto, the denunciation of the present Convention.
ARTICLE 10.
The present Convention does not apply to the Colonios, Profecta. rates or territories under suzerainty or mandata of any High Con- fracting Party miless they are specially mentioned.
The application of this Convention to one or more of such Coloni. 4, Probelmates of territories to which the Protocol on Arbitration Chames, opened at Geneva on the 24th September, 1928, applies, can be a fosted at any time by menus of a declaration addressed të the Secretary fieneral of the League of Nations by one of the High Contracting Parties.
Such declaration shall take effect three months aftor the deposit thereef.
The High Contracting Partios can at any time, denounce tha Convention for all or any of the Colonies, Protectoraten or torritotiet referred to above. Articlo 9 hereof applies to such denunciation.
Auricle 11.
A ventified copy of the present Convention shall be transmilled by the Serrotary-General of the League of Nations to every Member of the Longue of Nations and to overy non-Member State which signs
the same.

Les Hautes Parties contractanter pourront à tout moment démmeur la convention pour l'ensemblé où l'un quelconque des colonies, protectorata on territoires visés ci-dessus. L'article 9 est applicable À cette dénonciation.
ARTICLE 11.
Une copie vertifiés conforme de la présente convention serv tansinise par le Secretaire général de la Société des Nations à tout Membre de la Société des Nations et à tout Etat un membro sigun- taire de Indite convention.
