Subsection (3) applies only to documents in the custody or
under the control of the Corporation or where the Corporation has
wholly owned subsidiaries, in the custody or under the control of
such wholly owned subsidiaries.
(5) The Director of Audit may report to the Governor as
President of the Legislative Council the results of any examination
carried out by him under this section.
(6) Within the period of one month, or such longer period as
the Governor as the President of the Legislative Council may
determine, after the receipt by the President of the Legislative
Council of any report from the Director under subsection (5), a copy
of the report shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Council.
34.
Secretary may obtain information
The Corporation shall upon request by the Secretary afford the
Secretary sufficient facilities for obtaining information with
respect to the property and activities of the Corporation to enable
him to examine the economy, efficiency and effectiveness with which
the Corporation has used any moneys appropriated by the Legislative
Council for the purposes of the Corporation, and shall furnish him
with returns, accounts and other information and afford to him
facilities for the verification of information furnished in the
manner and at the times that the Secretary requires.
