Thank you for your letter of 1 August 1991 to the Governor and for enclosing the World Administrative Radio Conference Agenda. I have been asked to reply on his behalf.

We are pleased to send a representative from the Postmaster General's Office to join the UK delegation to take part in the Conference. The Postmaster General's Office will also co-ordinate with other concerned local organizations like Hong Kong Telephone Co., Hong Kong Telecommunications International Ltd. and AsiaSat on their attendance. I suggest that the Postmaster General should, as in previous conferences of this kind, contact the DTI direct on details of the registration and attendance of those oganizations.
