Where the Licensee wishes to uplink to a satellite of

type other than that described in Conditions 13.1 to 13.7 it shall apply for approval in writing to the Authority who shall submit the application the Governor-in-Council within 180 days of receiving that application.

13.11 The Licensee shall not use the uplink station to transmit signals comprising programming services targeted principally on Hong Kong or any other place via a satellite in the Broadcasting Satellite Service as defined in the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union.

Provision of Information and the Inspection of Stations, Facilities or Records

14.1 The Licensee shall provide to the Authority, in

such manner and at such times as it may specify, such information as it may require in order to exercise its powers, functions and discretions under the Ordinance or this Licence.

The Licensee shall at all reasonable times when requested by the Authority, make the stations available for inspection and testing by the Authority and any person authorised by it in writing for that purpose.

In connection with Condition 5, the Licensee shall at all reasonable times, when requested by the Authority or such

person as it may in writing designate, permit such person to inspect the programming records of the Service maintained by the Licensee.

The Licensee shall retain recordings of all programme material it broadcasts for such period as may be specified by the Authority, after consulting the Broadcasting Authority, from time to time and provide copies of such recordings to the Broadcasting Authority on demand.
