The directors, employees and servants of Licensee shall, for the purpose of any inspection, test, or demand under Condition 14.2, 14.3 or 14.4 assist in carrying out the inspection or test as required or in complying with the demand.

The Government shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of the information obtained in accordance with Conditions 14.1, 14.2 or 14.3.

The Licensee shall take all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of all messages received unintentionally by the stations.

The Licensee shall not be at any time a subsidiary of another company.

For the purpose of Condition 16.1, subsidiary shall have the meaning ascribed by section 2 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap 32).

The majority of the directors of the Licensee shall each be a person who is for the time being ordinarily resident in Hong Kong and who also has been so resident for at least one continuous period of not less than 7 years.

The aggregate of the voting shares of the Licensee held by an unqualified person shall not exceed 49 per cent of the total number of voting shares of the Licensee.

A person shall be an unqualified person for the purposes of Condition 16.4 if

-

(a) in case the person is an individual, he either is not for the time being ordinarily resident in Hong Kong or has not been so resident for at least one continuous period of not less than 7 years;
