Sir,

I have the honor to inform you that the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will organize, with the cooperation of the Korea Industrial Property Office (KIPO) and with the assistance of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), a WIPO Asian Regional Forum on the Development of Human Resources for the Effective Use of the Intellectual Property System, on the occasion of the inauguration of the new premises of the International Intellectual Property Training Institute (IIPTI) established by the Government of the Republic of Korea at Daeduk.

The inauguration of the IIPTI premises will be in the morning of May 8, 1991, and the Forum will start in the afternoon of May 8 and will end on May 10, 1991.

I shall myself be attending the inauguration of the IIPTI and the opening of the Forum.
