WIPO REGIONAL FORUM IN KOREA: INVITATION TO HONG KONG
1. I enclose a letter from Dr Bogsch, Director General of WIPO, to our Ambassador, inviting a member of the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department to attend, and speak at, a WIPO Asian Regional Forum on the Development of Human Resources for the Effective Use of the Intellectual Property System, to be held in Daeduk, Korea from 8-10 May 1991.

As with the invitation to Ms Tai (my letter of 11 January) I am sending to you to pass on to Hong Kong through the proper channels. There is no date set for a reply, but you will note that WIPO would like to have the text of the presentation by 29 March.
