A delay in the expansion of Kai Tak could of course have significant implications. Indeed I venture to suggest it
could not be allowed. If there is no where else that the
Auxilliary Police could readily go, and if Kai Tak expansion was genuinely going to be put back, this would seem to be an excellent case in which to take unilateral action, if we had
to.
