ELECTION OF LEADER OF GOVERNMENT BUSINESS
(1) An Electoral Council shall be held in the year 1990 and in the fourth year after the last holding of an Electoral Council or, if it occurs earlier, within three months of the occurence by death or otherwise of a vacancy in the office of the Leader of Government
Business.
