apply to renounce Chinese nationality, in accordance with Chinese

Nationality Law.

Singapore, France, Belgium and New Zealand have taken helpful

action of various kinds. Hope others (eg EC countries) will decide

to do so.

Cumulative effect boosts confidence, even if individual

countries' measures not substantial.
