apply to renounce Chinese nationality, in accordance with Chinese
Nationality Law.

Have lobbied almost two dozen governments to follow our lead in providing assurances.
Singapore, France, Belgium and New Zealand have taken helpful
action of various kinds. Hope others (eg EC countries) will decide
to do so.
Cumulative effect boosts confidence, even if individual
countries' measures not substantial.
