The Parties shall, in accordance with the provisions of this Agraement, grant to each other assistance in investigations and proceedings in respect of drug trafficking and offenses related to drug trafficking, including the tracing, freezing, restraining, forfeitura and confiscation of the proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking.]

Assistance which may be given under this Agreement includes but is not limited to :
