"proceeds" means any property that is derivad OX realised, directly or indirectly, by any person from drug trafficking, or the value of any such property:

(c) "property" includes money and all kinds of moveable or

immoveable and tangible or intangible proparty;

((a)

"drug trafficking" means engaging or being concerned in the unlawful production, supply, possession for supply, transport, storage, import or export of a dangerous drug or assisting another to retain or dispose of the proceeds of drug trafficking;]

"offenses related to drug trafficking" means any activity connected with, arising from, related to or resulting from such trafficking.]

"instrumentalities" means any and all property used or intended to be used to further drug trafficking in any way;]
