Forms of the above mentioned documents shall be exchanged by both parties.
The mutual service of the above mentioned documents shall be effected through the Higher People's Court of the Guangdong Province and the Supreme Court of Hong Kong.
Service of documents shall be effected by double registered post free of charge. If the entrusting party requires a special method of service, it shall indicate its request in its written authorization and be responsible for the necessary charge.
In addition, we have agreed that, when this arrangement has been in operation for 6 months, meet again to review that operation and deal with any problems which may have arisen.
Enclosed please find a set of samples of the procedural documents which we have agreed shall be entrusted to the Higher People's Court of Guangdong Province by the Supreme Court of Hong Kong for service.
