UK/GDR VISA ABOLITION AGREEMENT
1. We can agree to the GDR authorities request that the following addition be made to paragraph 2 of our draft Note sent to Krebs under cover of MVD letter of 17 May 1990. After the word passports in line 3 of para 2 insert "(including Diplomatic and Service Passports)".

Herewith a suggested, press release and GDR reply to our
NTD require for their records a certified 'true copy' of our Note together with the original of the GDR Note. These
requirements are fully explained in DSP 66 Annex 2.
4. Please confirm by telex when agreements have been exchanged. (Friday 25 May is a public holiday here.)
