GDR REPLY NOTE
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German Democratic Republic present their compliments to Her Majesty's Embassy and has the honour to confirm receipt of the Embassy's Note No .... of [date] which reads as follows:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the German Democratic Republic have the honour to inform Her Majesty's Embassy that the foregoing proposals are acceptable to the Government of German Democratic Republic and that the Embassy's Note and this reply shall constitute an Agreement that shall enter into force on 8 June 1990, provided our Note is received by the British Embassy by 25 May or if it is received on a later date, 14 days after the date of that reply.
