To ensure overall co-ordination of all airport and airport-related works projects.
To monitor and keep under review on a regular basis a comprehensive New Airport master development programme, which shall cover, inter alia, the creation and upgrading of appropriate items through the Public Works Programme.
To oversee the selection of consultants and guide development study reports including feasibility, engineering and environmental impact studies.
To resolve any interface issues, major or minor, between related Airport projects and other associated works
programmes and, if necessary, to refer unresolved issues to ADSCOM for a decision.
To report to ADSCOM on a regular basis with respect to general construction works progress.
