Transport Infrastructure Co-ordinating Committee (TICC)
Terms of Reference
To consider, review and provide guidance on the overall organisation and programme for the implementation of PADS related transport projects.
To monitor progress and provide policy guidance on all PADS related transport projects and transport planning studies.
To provide policy guidance on transport planning input to the preparation of development statements.
To ensure adequate co-ordination is maintained between the transport projects and other PADS projects.
To identify conflicts and any grey areas in the overall co-ordination between transport projects and other PADS projects and bring such issues to ADSCOM as appropriate.
