officio Member," and substituting the words "Appointed

Member of the Legislative Council".

Clause XXI

Instructions.

7.-(1)

Clause XXI (2) of the principal Instructions

is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) and

substituting the following sub-paragraphs:-

"(a) the Deputy President; or

(b) in the absence of the Deputy President, the

senior ex officio Member present."

(2) Clause XXI (3) is revoked and replaced by the

following paragraphs:-
