amended by deleting the words "Official or Appointed
Member of the Legislative Council, other than an ex
officio Member," and substituting the words "Appointed
Member of the Legislative Council".

Clause XXI
of principal
Instructions.
7.-(1)
Clause XXI (2) of the principal Instructions
is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) and
substituting the following sub-paragraphs:-
"(a) the Deputy President; or
(b) in the absence of the Deputy President, the
senior ex officio Member present."
(2) Clause XXI (3) is revoked and replaced by the
following paragraphs:-
