recently оспег promotions ac this level, I would suggest that we agree to a minor adjustment in current arrangements: namely, future HKD should receive supporting copies of confidential reports only where promotions to D4 of DJL4 level ог above are concerned (ie at D3 etc level the covering letter plus
"vacancy form" would henceforth suffice). The exceptions would be the Administrative Grade and the Royal Kong Police, where current arrangements would continue,
