Regulations of the said Colony in force now or hereafter

and to the conditions and obligations, hereinafter, contained

the premises described in parts one and two of the Schedule

hereto and to be known as INLAND LOTS NOS. 6306 and 7050

although remaining vested. in the Crown- SHALL BE - AND HEREBY

ARE RESPECTIVELY APPROPRIATED EXCLUSIVELY, AND IN PERPETUITY

for the purposes of such a Cemetery as aforesaid in the

name and under the control of the Commission TOGETHER WITH

a right for the Commission with or without workmen, or others.

at all times to enter upon and occupy the said lands and, to

permit or regulate, the entry thereon of members of the public or specific classes, thereof BUT SUBJECT at all

reasonable times during the day or night to the right of entry for the purpose of carrying out their official duties of all persons either in the employ of the Government of

Hong Kong or authorised so to do by the Governor of, the

Colony for the time being.

THE COMMISSION SHALL within two years from the

date hereof (or such extended period as the Commission may

reasonably request and His Excellency may approve) at its

own cost and expense and to the satisfaction of the Director

of Public Works of the said. Colony lay out or cause to be

laid out in a proper manner the premises described in PART

ONE of the said Schedule as such a Cametery as aforesaid ·

including thereby the making of any necessary paths steps

gates boundary and other walls and fences lights drains and

storm-water channels and the Commission also will do all

necessary works for laying out the same as aforesaid, and, to

the intent that the whole of the said premises so developed

shall thereafter be maintained in perpetuity shall at all

future times carry out all necessary repairs and reinstata-

ments thereof in respect of any damage or deterioration

however caused or accruing.
