THE COMMISSION SHALL ERECT on the premises
described in Part two of the said Schedule or on some part
thereof the following building namely:-
Ling hous
(a) One dwelling house only with its ́ usual' oüt-
(b)
buildings and curtilege for the use and

occupation of a caretaker to the said cemetery. Should the necessity be considered by the Commission to be established an adequate cemetery
office and store to a design approved by and
constructed to the satisfaction of the said:
Director of Public Works such "approval not ta
be unreasonably withheld.
And the whole of the remainder of the said premises referred to in this clause, or so much thereof as may be required
shall be laid out and from time to time for that purpose,
maintained by the Commission as a Nursery Garden for the supply of plants shrubs and trees for use by the Commission in the said Cemetery or in any other cemetery under the
la cura d control of the Commission in the said Colony.
4.
THE COMMISSION shall upon demand PAY the sum of
dar TEN DOLLARS PER ANNUM on the twenty fourth day of June In

each year as an aknowledgement of the title of the Crown to the whole of the said premises contained in Parts one and
two of the said Schedule
5.
SHOULD THE SAID PREMISES described in PART ONE
of the said Schedule cease to be used for the purpose of such a Cemetery as aforesaid the Crown may thereupon re-enter and repossess both the same and also the premises described in part two of the said Schedule unconditionally.
6.
SHOULD THE SAID PREMISES described in PART THO
of the said Schedule be used for purposes not being any of the purposes described in Clause 3 hereof the Crown may re-enter and repossess those premises unconditionally.
