The postal administration of Hong Kong has examined the

proposals on the subject and would like to offer the following

commenta :

(a)

The proposed two separate terminal dues rates

for LC and AQ viz :-

LC

22.08 GF/kg

or 7.21 SDR/kg

AO

5.60 GF/kg

or 1.83 SDR/kg

are acceptable to Hong Kong. In fact such

proposal would no doubt abrogate the anomaly

caused by the existing terminal dues system,
