Before the first flight the British side will pay money in to an account determined by the Vietnamese side based on the level of 620 US dollars for each repatriated person.

The Vietnamese side will give the British side a financial report explaining all expenditure.

These arrangements will apply to the first group of Vietnamese repatriated from Hong Kong according to the procedures mentioned in

The Vietnamese side and the the Agreement signed on 26 June.

British side will continue to discuss arrangements for future

groups.

This agreed minute was signed in duplicate in Hanoi on (DATE) in both the Vietnamese and English languages, both versions having equal validity.
