You would not encourage Hong Kong to find some

nation to invade ther?

Mr Bowen Wells has made one of the points that I was

going to make, but the other is that the figure of 400

obviously is something which is a good deal more capable

of being dealt with than 3.25 million.

But was it a

simple fact of numbers that there were only 400 and

therefore we could do it in the Falklands?
